Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products
- Identify customer needs and present tailored financial solutions including life insurance, investments, and retirement planning
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and policy administration
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product features, and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare and submit accurate sales documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven sales experience in banking, insurance, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid life insurance certification (e.g., CIP, LIA) is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
