We are looking for a dedicated Junior Remedial Field Officer to join the Fifgroup team. This role is essential for managing the recovery of outstanding debts through effective field operations and direct customer engagement. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health of our clients by facilitating timely payments and resolving billing issues efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting regular field visits to recover outstanding debts and accounts.
- Communicating directly with customers to explain payment schedules and policies.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements to minimize bad debt.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Preparing daily and weekly collection reports for management review.
- Identifying potential risks in customer accounts and escalating issues.
- Providing excellent customer service to retain client relationships while collecting payments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMK/SMA) or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive personality with the ability to negotiate effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily collection targets.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for field travel.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
