Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field collections and customer visits to recover outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer communications
- Ensure collection targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer account issues
- Stay updated on collection regulations and best practices
- Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in collections or credit management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
