Tanggung Jawab
- Create and manage high-quality 3D models and architectural drawings using BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to interpret and visualize project requirements.
- Ensure all digital models comply with local building codes, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design conflicts early.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Maintain version control and ensure data integrity within the project database and BIM environment.
- Participate in regular project meetings, design reviews, and technical workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong spatial awareness, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of construction materials, building methods, and regulatory frameworks.
