We are seeking a dedicated Brand Experience Trainer to help develop talent while delivering exceptional brand experiences across our growing global presence. Based in River Valley, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that empower our staff to deliver top-notch service and embody our brand values.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and front-line execution. You will design engaging training modules, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure that every team member understands and can deliver the unique Bacha Coffee experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules for new hires and existing staff, focusing on service excellence, product knowledge, and brand standards.
  • Conduct on-site coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and workshops to reinforce learning and ensure practical application in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and update training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and digital learning resources to reflect evolving business needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align training initiatives with brand campaigns, store openings, and new product launches.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during high-profile events and store visits to demonstrate best practices and customer engagement techniques.
  • Support the recruitment process by participating in interview panels and assessing candidate fit for the brand experience culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, human resources, or customer service management within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and public speaking with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of brand experience principles and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages is a distinct advantage.
  • Passion for coffee culture and the ability to convey product knowledge enthusiastically to staff and customers.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations (if required) and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume retail environment.
