Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of the building's structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units to identify potential issues.
- Perform and oversee routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure.
- Execute repairs on various systems, including leakages, electrical fixtures, minor structural alterations, and carpentry work.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards to provide a secure environment for all occupants.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs reported by tenants or management.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repair logs, and inventory levels for tools and materials.
- Collaborate with external contractors for major renovations and ensure quality control over their work.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Building Maintenance Engineer or in a similar facilities management role.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, understanding building codes, and enforcing standard safety protocols.
- Strong technical skills in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Camarines Norte, Bicol Region.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
