As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the face of our company, driving growth by connecting with potential clients and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Our Sales Development team is comprised of Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Representatives (SR), working in tandem to maximize our market potential. While Sales Representatives focus on closing high-value deals, your primary mission as a BDR is to identify, engage, and qualify leads, ensuring that the sales team has the tools and information needed to succeed. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads within the Vietnam market.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule qualified appointments with Sales Representatives to facilitate the sales process.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Communicate effectively with prospects via email, phone, and social media to build strong professional relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI targets for lead generation and activity metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a strong asset for this specific market role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine interest in sales and a drive to continuously improve performance.
