Beehive BPO is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter (Hybrid) to join our dynamic engineering support team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a critical reviewer and creator of technical documentation, ensuring that all CAD templates and drawings adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
As a CAD Drafter, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and precise technical visualization. You will be responsible for the meticulous review of CAD templates, identifying errors, and ensuring that all schematics align with client specifications and internal engineering protocols. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home combined with the collaboration of on-site team interactions, providing a balanced work environment for experienced professionals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough reviews of CAD templates and technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Prepare and modify detailed engineering drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to interpret design requirements and clarify technical details.
- Maintain an organized digital library of templates, blocks, and drawing files for easy access and reuse.
- Identify and rectify errors in existing drawings to prevent costly mistakes in downstream processes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate technical findings and suggestions clearly to the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or certificate in Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and intermediate knowledge of other CAD software such as Revit or SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical documentation standards, and drafting symbols.
- Excellent spatial reasoning and the ability to interpret complex 2D and 3D plans.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a hybrid team structure.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minute errors in technical data.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
