Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee civil engineering projects including structural, transportation, and water management systems
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for construction projects
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software
- Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project compliance
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory approvals and project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent international certification
- Proficiency in engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project portfolios
