Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed plans for roads, highways, and transportation infrastructure projects
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and constraints
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents
- Identify and resolve engineering issues and design challenges
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roads and highways projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of local engineering codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
