Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, geologists, and mining engineers
- Ensure project compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
- Develop sustainable infrastructure solutions aligned with environmental best practices
- Stakeholder management and client communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geology, or Mining Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
