Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee civil engineering operations for MRT tunnel construction projects
- Coordinate site activities including reinforced concrete works and ground improvement techniques
- Supervise utility diversion and infrastructure modification tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans and progress reports
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects
- Specialized knowledge in tunneling or ground improvement works
- Familiarity with MRT construction standards and practices
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- SITE Supervisor Certification (preferred)
- Strong project management and communication skills
