Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects in the North Region
- Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
