Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design drawings for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) project scopes
- Create precise technical documentation including plans, elevations, and sections
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate design elements seamlessly
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and engineering requirements
- Prepare design change notices and maintain drawing version control
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve field issues
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and modeling tasks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil/structural drafting or architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools
- Strong understanding of Philippine National Building Code and engineering standards
- Excellent attention to detail with precise technical drawing skills
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and translate them into drawings
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating drafting and design capabilities
