Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Support the Contracts Strategy Lead in developing and implementing contract management strategies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities within commercial agreements
- Prepare reports and analyses on contract performance and commercial metrics
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with external parties
- Contribute to the development of standardized contract templates and processes
- Monitor contract renewals and expirations to ensure continuity of business relationships
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting commercial contracts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analysis or contract management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of commercial laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
