Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or talent management
- Proven experience designing commercial training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze business needs and develop effective learning solutions
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
