Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and campaigns that align with organizational goals.
- Manage and curate high-quality content for newsletters, intranet portals, and social media channels to ensure consistent branding.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging employee engagement activities, including town halls, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee feedback, conducting surveys and focus groups to identify engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with HR and management to communicate organizational changes, policies, and key updates effectively.
- Create visual and written materials (presentations, videos, articles) to enhance internal storytelling and brand visibility.
- Analyze communication metrics and feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives and content performance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
- Proven track record of successfully managing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical engineering environment.
