Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive structures
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding pay and benefits-related concerns
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with HR team on compensation strategy and benefits optimization
- Prepare reports for audits, compliance reviews, and management decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems with strong data management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- HR certification or specialized compensation and benefits training is preferred
