Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems with strong data management skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • HR certification or specialized compensation and benefits training is preferred
