Join Sagility as a Compensation & Benefits Advisor and become the primary local subject matter expert for our compensation and benefits programs in the Philippines. This pivotal role requires you to design, implement, and optimize competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits packages that attract top talent while ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations. You'll collaborate with HR leadership to conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives and employee needs.

As the guardian of our employee experience, you'll oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact employee satisfaction and retention through proactive issue resolution, policy communication, and continuous program enhancement. This position offers the opportunity to shape our people strategy and drive organizational success through strategic compensation and benefits management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs for the Philippines site
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
  • Provide expert guidance to HR and leadership on compensation philosophy, job leveling, and benefits optimization
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, claims processing, and vendor relationships
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to inform strategic decisions and program improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Develop and deliver compensation communication materials to employees and managers

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits with multinational companies
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation management software
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market data analysis and report generation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Professional certification (CCP, GRP, or equivalent) preferred
