In this senior role, you will take charge of the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring the accurate computation of base salaries, allowances, and performance-based incentives. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full-cycle payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy in every calculation.
- Calculate base salaries, allowances, and performance-based incentives according to company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
- Prepare and submit required government filings and remittances on a timely basis.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and SSS/PhilHealth requirements.
- Proficient in using payroll software and advanced functions in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and government agencies.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
