Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting system performance and user access
- Assist in network setup, configuration, and basic maintenance activities
- Document maintenance activities, system configurations, and technical procedures
- Provide technical support to staff and end-users through in-person assistance and remote support
- Ensure compliance with government IT security protocols and data protection standards
- Collaborate with IT team on system upgrades and infrastructure improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in computer maintenance and technical support
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues across Windows and Linux systems
- Knowledge of network fundamentals and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with civil service eligibility requirements (if applicable)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a government environment
- Valid government-issued IT certification or relevant professional training preferred
