Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction and cost analysis? Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is looking for a dedicated Concrete Estimator to join our team in Eastwood, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the financial guardian of our concrete projects, translating complex technical data into precise, actionable budgets.
Your primary responsibility will involve a thorough analysis of blueprints, architectural drawings, and on-site conditions. You will calculate the precise quantities of materialsâincluding concrete, rebar, formworkâand estimate the labor and equipment hours needed to bring projects to fruition. We are seeking a candidate who can ensure our estimates are not only accurate but competitive, helping us secure projects and maintain healthy profit margins. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications to understand project requirements.
- Calculate material quantities (concrete, steel reinforcement, formwork) and labor hours required for accurate project costing.
- Prepare detailed, competitive cost estimates and project proposals for potential clients and internal management.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify existing conditions and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Monitor project budgets during the construction phase and provide regular updates on estimated versus actual costs.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to resolve estimation discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Concrete Estimator or Estimator within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and interpreting technical specifications.
- Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to perform complex calculations accurately and quickly.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and standard building codes.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a significant advantage.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to various job sites in Metro Manila.
