Private Advertiser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming developments in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution and handover. We are looking for a leader who excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
As a key member of our project team, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in Singapore.
- Valid PMP or relevant professional engineering certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid Construction Industry Security Pass (CISP) is a plus.
