Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems including HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression
- Execute 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency response and incident resolution
- Perform preventive maintenance on UPS systems, generators, and cooling infrastructure
- Document operational activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, TIA-942, and local safety standards
- Conduct environmental monitoring for temperature, humidity, and particulate levels
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure scalability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Relevant certifications (CDCP, RCDD, or equivalent preferred)
- Proficiency in BMS/EMS monitoring systems and diagnostic tools
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical HVAC, and power distribution
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid electrical/mechanical troubleshooting certifications
- Proven experience with emergency response protocols and disaster recovery
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
