Join our dynamic team as a Critical Environment Technician / DC Operations Engineer and become the backbone of our mission-critical infrastructure. This vital 24/7 role demands technical excellence in ensuring uninterrupted data centre operations, where you'll proactively monitor systems, diagnose complex issues, and implement rapid solutions to maintain maximum uptime. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including HVAC systems, power distribution units, and fire suppression protocols while adhering to stringent industry standards. This position offers unparalleled exposure to enterprise-scale environments where precision, reliability, and technical acumen directly impact business continuity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve technical incidents with minimal downtime through rapid troubleshooting
- Perform preventative maintenance on data centre equipment following OEM specifications
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (TIA-942, NFPA 75)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency response
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in data centre or critical facility operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, power systems, and cooling infrastructure
- Relevant certifications (CDCP, RCDD, or CompTIA Server+) highly desirable
- Proficient with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
