Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using company protocols and CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in our customer management platform
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex customer concerns
- Maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better service delivery
- Meet monthly KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or currently pursuing university education
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn CRM software quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in handling customer issues
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
