Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent)
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
