Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and stress management skills
- Residency in Bandung area preferred
