Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM system and escalation protocols
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service inquiries
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities aligned with customer needs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rating through personalized solutions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written/verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic English proficiency (advantageous for international clients)
- Valid computer literacy certificate (e.g., Komputer Dasar)
