Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records for quality assurance
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with multitasking skills
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Resident of Palembang or willing to relocate
