Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address complex customer needs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and promote company services
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree with 1+ years in customer service
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts including weekends/public holidays
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail preferred
- Passion for customer satisfaction and continuous learning
