Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company offerings
- Meet monthly performance targets for response time and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or e-commerce
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong verbal/written skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with patience under pressure
- Basic English proficiency is advantageous
