Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with detailed notes and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues within SLA timelines
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Strong typing speed (30+ WPM) and multitasking capabilities
- Validated experience in e-commerce or telecommunications industry preferred
