Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service protocols
- Contribute to team training and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/D3 graduate in any field
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Basic English proficiency (written/oral)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work shifts (including weekends)
- High resilience and stress tolerance
