Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex technical issues and product concerns efficiently
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems with precision

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with strong written communication skills

- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
