Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions in CRM systems with accurate details
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet monthly performance KPIs for response time and resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain deep product knowledge across service offerings
Kualifikasi
- SMA/D3/S1 graduate with minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Strong typing speed (min 30 WPM) and multitasking ability
