Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell products/services based on customer needs
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- High typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) with accuracy
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
