Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Document interactions and update customer databases accurately
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rate

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in customer service or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
