Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
  • 1+ years customer service experience in BPO or retail
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
  • High typing speed (30+ WPM) with accuracy
  • Resident of Yogyakarta or surrounding areas
