Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and product-related concerns efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with accurate details
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) targets
- Participate in monthly product training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in BPO or retail
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends)
- High typing speed (30+ WPM) with accuracy
- Resident of Yogyakarta or surrounding areas
