Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue targets
- Monitor customer feedback trends and propose service improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English (written/spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
