Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback analysis
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/D3 graduates from any major
- 1+ years in customer service or contact center experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours (rotational shifts)
