Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical product issues using CRM systems and knowledge base resources
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Participate in monthly product training workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environment
- Relevant certification in customer service management (advantageous)
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with attention to detail
