Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using our proprietary CRM system and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Document interactions and identify improvement opportunities in service processes
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for response time and resolution rate
- Proactively upsell products/services based on customer needs analysis
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or contact center environment
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
