Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce for quality assurance
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell/cross-sell relevant products
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalog and company policies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance service skills
Kualifikasi
- Min SMA/D3 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent verbal/written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Typing speed minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Basic English comprehension for international customer support
