Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet monthly performance targets for response time and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal/written)
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
