Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems
- Proactively identify process improvements for customer service workflows
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK/D3 graduate in any field
- 1+ years of customer service experience in BPO or tech industry
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work in shifts and meet performance targets
- Basic English proficiency is advantageous
