In this critical role, you'll perform systematic testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects across our product lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive testing protocols to identify hardware/software defects
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis using systematic debugging methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement design improvements
- Develop detailed test plans and documentation for quality assurance
- Partner with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recurring problems
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future defects
- Stay updated on industry testing standards and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing or debugging
- Strong analytical skills with systematic problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO/QMS)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle
