Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Digital Test Engineer to join our dynamic Product and Test Engineering (PTE) team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation of innovative test solutions that are critical for the successful New Product Introduction (NPI) of next-generation semiconductor technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust digital test strategies that ensure high yield and product reliability. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of our products in the global market. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop test solutions for digital ICs and SoCs (System on Chips).
- Collaborate with design engineering to define test coverage and specifications.
- Implement and debug digital test patterns using ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
- Analyze test data to improve yield and reduce defect rates.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of test flows.
- Participate in the qualification of new products and process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for failing devices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital logic, microprocessors, and microcontrollers.
- Experience with ATE (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) and test programming languages (e.g., C, C++, C#, VBasic).
- Familiarity with JTAG, Boundary Scan, and memory testing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of semiconductor test methodologies is a plus.
