We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director / Senior Director of Facilities to join the leadership team at SilTerra. As a critical member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our facilities management activities, ensuring our high-tech campus operates at peak efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
You will lead a diverse team in maintaining and enhancing our physical assets, managing complex projects, and ensuring compliance with strict industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape the infrastructure of a leading semiconductor fabrication facility, driving operational excellence and cost-effective solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all facilities management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies and policies.
- Manage the annual capital and operational budget for the facilities department.
- Oversee the execution of major renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local labor laws.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facilities team and external vendors.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a Senior Director or Director level role.
- Strong experience managing large-scale, high-tech, or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA Fellow, CEM) are a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements for facility operations.
