Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D visualizations for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Update and revise drawings based on project changes and client feedback
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry regulations
- Prepare material schedules and cost estimation documentation
- Review and verify drawings for completeness and technical accuracy
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software for drafting tasks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in construction
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drawing capabilities
